SOAN Fall Social 2005

 

 

 

The SOAN Student Board hosted our Fall Social in Elliott Hall.  The SOAN faculty and staff were asked to provide Middle Eastern dishes.  We feasted on chicken kabobs, rice with barberries, hummus, tabouli, salad, red lentil soup and desserts.  About 35 majors and minors and the faculty enjoyed the meal together – additional students and faculty who walked by our food laden table were pleased to be invited to fill plates and sample the foods before our clean up began.
